Terms and conditions
The contest for clarinet is open to young musicians who reach the maximum age of 35 years old before the 23rd of October, 2017 on the following age categories:
A Category – the participants, who reach the maximum age of 20 years old up to the 23rd of October, 2017
B Category – the participants, who reach the maximum age of 35 years old up to the 23rd of October, 2017.
Candidates who reach the age from A category may compete in B category, assuming the requirements of this category.
The entrollment fee
For the contestants from A category – 30 Euro
For the contestants from B category – 50 Euro
The fee will be paid by bank transfer to the account:

If the competitor does not compete, the fee will not be refunded.
Prizes
Prizes will consist of cash, instruments and musical accessories that worth 4.000 Euro. Also, the Moldova Philharmonic in Iasi will offer, as a prize, a solo concert in the 2018 season to the winner of the contest. The award will be done for each age category.
The jury will decide which prizes will be awarded in each category of the contest.
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation. Participants passing in second stage will receive the semifinalist diploma. Participants, who reach the final and are not awarded, receive the finalist diploma.
The order to enter in the contest will be drawn by lot, which will take place on 24 October 2017. If the participant is not present at the time of the draw, the order number will be withdrawn by a member of the contest organizing committee.
The competitors who have won the first prize in previous editions, are not entitled to participate in the contest.
